HOW WE DO IT

At Dinámica Dealer, we are familiar with the issues of supply shortages, product deliveries with 120-day delays, and the lack of E&D in the fields of AUTOMATION AND INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE in mining and the industrial sector.

To solve this problem, we created the FAST-DYNAMIC METHOD, through which we Research, Select, Import, Deliver Agilely, and Develop Products.

FAST-DINAMIC se compone de las siguientes etapas:

STAGE 1 (FAST)
Supplier Research

We research and select the most committed and responsible suppliers worldwide.

STAGE 2 (FAST)
Incoterm and Transportation Selection

We select and agree on the best incoterm and transportation method for the client (groups E, F, C, D), based on the product's required delivery time, and proceed with the purchases.

STAGE 3 (FAST)
Reception and
Customs Clearance

We confirm the correct arrival of the products.
We handle customs clearance, conduct engineering inspection, and dispatch the goods to the client's warehouse on the same day.

STAGE 4 (DYNAMIC)
LAST MILE
Successful Delivery

Preparation of delivery documents (Scheduling, ASN, PACKAGES, GD, PO, QUOTE, DELIVERY SHEET).
Proper packaging, palletizing, and strapping of the goods.
Shipping of products or goods coordinated with the client's receiving company.
Sending an acknowledgment email and confirmation of the correct delivery to the client for follow-up.

STAGE 5 (FAST-DINAMIC)
Feedback and
Improvements (E&D)

Once the delivery is successfully completed, a SWOT analysis of the PROJECT is carried out along with the corresponding improvements.
This way, we contribute to the continuous improvement of our clients and their CONSTANT GROWTH.
